On-site Consultation services are separate from enforcement and do not result in penalties or citations. Visit OSHA’s website to find the local On-site Consultation Program office in your state or territory.Komatsu Equipment Company facilities in Salt Lake City, Utah, and Elko, Nev., recently received certification in OSHA’s Safety and Health Achievement Recognition Program.
